Position: Sous Pizza Chef

Pay: £14.65 per hour (DOE) + Tips | Tronc | Bonus

This role has been mixed, hydrated and stretched to perfection. We’re looking for passionate Pizzaiolos who love working the kitchen the true Neapolitan way. At Rudy’s, our Pizzaiolos aren’t just part of the process — you’re the first ingredient in every perfect pizza.

• Experience in, and a genuine passion for Neapolitan pizza (and pizza in general!)
• Confidence working with pizza ovens
• Dough lovers unite — you’re confident in all things dough
• Neapolitan experience preferred, or a strong desire to learn this beautiful niche
