Job Description Lettings Negotiator / Property Manager – Kings Heath – up to £30k
A rare and great opportunity has arisen to join this independent Lettings and Estate Agency brand who have been established in the area for many years. They pride themselves on their friendly and professional approach and ensuring all customers receive a first class experience. They are looking for an experienced Lettings Negotiator who will also be dealing with Property Management and assisting with Sales when required.
A really varied role which will ensure no two days are the same!
- Handling incoming enquiries
- Registering applicants
- Booking and attending viewings
- Negotiating offers
- Processing applications referencing and right to rent checks
- Preparing tenancy agreements and move ins
- Renewals
- Registering deposits
- Ensuring Property compliance
- Property inspections
- Dealing with maintenance issues liaising with contractors landlords and tenants
- Lettings Experience is essential
- Excellent communication skill both verbally and written
- Well presented
- Full UK driving licence and use of own car.
- A proactive team player.
Monday - Friday 9am - 5.30pm and alternate Saturdays with time off in lieu
