The Mission

Transition from the high‑pressure hospital environment to the pinnacle of private maritime healthcare. We are currently searching for a highly skilled Registered Nurse to provide exclusive, 1:1 medical support for an 80‑year‑old VIP. This exceptional role blends advanced clinical practice with luxury travel, accompanying our principal on a strictly Mediterranean cruising itinerary that spans the exclusive ports of the French Riviera, Corsica, and the Greek Islands.

The

Team

You will be stepping into a fully resourced, world‑class medical environment. Care is expertly coordinated by our Lead British Doctor, and you will be collaborating daily with onboard Physiotherapists and a distinguished, Western‑trained nursing team.

The Safety

Delivering acute care at sea requires uncompromising safety standards. We enforce a strict double‑nurse shift system at all times. This framework guarantees that you are never working in isolation, providing you with immediate clinical backup and ensuring sustainable, fatigue‑free rotations.

The Process

We value your clinical time and expertise. To accommodate the demanding shifts of acute care professionals, our initial screening and interview phase will take place entirely via a secure online platform. You can begin the process directly from Birmingham before any travel is required for final stages.

Requirements

To be shortlisted for this elite maritime position, candidates must demonstrate:

Education: A Western‑accredited Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).

Experience: 4+ years of rigorous Acute Care experience (Strictly limited to ICU, ER, or A&E).

Language: Native or C1 equivalent English proficiency (Essential for precise medical documentation and communication).

Attributes: Exceptional clinical judgment, polished professionalism, and an innate ability to provide concierge‑level patient care.

Compensation: £60,000 per annum (Strictly Tax‑Free).

Leave: 30 days of paid rotational leave.

Living Arrangements: Premium en‑suite quarters provided onboard.

Expenses: All travel logistics, uniforms, and living expenses are fully covered.
