A leading church organization in Birmingham seeks a Shepherding Pastor to lead spiritual growth and pastoral care for around 4300 members across multiple Congregational Communities. The ideal candidate will have a Master of Divinity degree, strong shepherding and leadership skills, and experience working in church environments. Responsibilities include developing Community Pastors, overseeing member involvement, and fulfilling church ministry roles. A commitment to Reformed theology is essential.
