Social Media Marketing Intern; unpaid

We are a forward thinking, fast paced Diversity and Inclusion company looking to hire an intern with strong knowledge and understanding of the digital media landscape. We are looking for quick and creative thinkers that will create vibrant content to spread our message and services. We will promote the company’s programmes, advertise and develop client relationships and partnerships.

This is an unpaid remote internship role within the Social Media team, so you will answer to Maria, our Social Media Team Lead. The day-to-day tasks may include creating and scheduling content, monitoring social media channels, analyzing engagement and campaign metrics, and assisting in creating marketing materials.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of social media platforms and their respective algorithms
• Experience with content creation and graphic design
• Ability to analyze data, adjust marketing strategies and implementing social media campaigns
• Passion for promoting diversity, inclusion, and equality
• Currently enrolled in a relevant academic program or degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
• Availability to work a minimum of 15 hours/week for at least 3 months

• Experience with content creation platforms and tools (Canva, Adobe)
• Ability to quickly create content and deliver within schedule
• Capacity to adapt content to diferent networks

• Experience with managing profiles in several networks ( Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Linkedin, Snapchat, Tik Tok)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience with engagement, lead generation, audience increase
• Can analyze metrics and performance

• Previous experience managing budget and social media campaigns
• Previous training with Google and social media ads

• Creation of engaging videos and animations for different social media networks
• Previous experience creating successful content for Youtube profiles, Reels and so on

• Experience managing podcasts profiles, scripts, advertisement
• Good communicator and quick thinker
