We are an award‑winning Tik Tok agency that lives and breathes the world of Tik Tok. In the last years we have grown clients and our own communities to over 2 million followers and have hit 1 billion video views on Tik Tok. Our team is comprised of Tik Tok‑obsessed experts, which helps us understand the platform better than anyone else. We apply our learnings to our clients’ accounts every day to help achieve banging results on Tik Tok.

Opportunity

Salary £14,352 per year, duration 15 months, advert closing date 27/03/2026. The role is remote with team days in Birmingham and Manchester. It offers a unique chance to work with passionate creatives and to gain direct insight into the day‑to‑day operations of a fast‑paced media startup.

Role Overview

This role offers a unique opportunity to work with a team of passionate creatives, contributing to the growth of a leading global media agency. As a Talent Apprentice you will support the Talent Team with day‑to‑day management and execution of influencer and talent‑led campaigns across a diverse portfolio of clients. You will collaborate with UGC creators, influencers, and actors to deliver high‑performing, brand‑aligned content and gain hands‑on experience from sourcing and outreach to briefing, negotiating, and campaign delivery while developing a strong understanding of the creator economy and performance‑driven marketing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Source talent across social media channels and talent platforms.
  • Support briefing for campaigns.
  • Conduct outreach to influencers, creators & actors.
  • Negotiate and contract influencers, creators & actors.
  • Support reporting on Tik Tok influencer campaigns.
  • Provide support on broader Tik Tok campaigns.
  • Help maintain our influencer & creator database.
  • Stay informed about Tik Tok trends, up‑and‑coming talent and viral content.
  • Confidently identify and share social media trends internally.

Entry Requirements

Applicants must be literate and numerate, with Grade C/4 and above in English and Maths. Demonstrated work examples and ideally 6‑12 months of experience with Tik Tok/videography are desired.

Training and Apprenticeship Standards

The apprenticeship follows the Advertising & Media Executive Level 3 Standard. Core apprenticeship training will be provided, covering advertising fundamentals, media planning, campaign measurement and more. Training sessions include topics such as briefing and approval processes, media buying, negotiation techniques, and data and media metrics.

Working Hours & Location

34.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. The role is remote, but team days in Birmingham and Manchester may be required.
