About

the role

You will excel as a Performance Marketing Specialist if you:

  • Possess proven expertise in developing and managing complex paid media strategies across key channels for mobile app advertising including Google Ads and Apple Search Ads. Experience with other channels (e.g., Programmatic, other social platforms) is highly advantageous.
  • Have an advanced data-driven and analytical mindset, using this to execute on campaign strategies and inform decision making.
  • Proactively identify and implement strategic optimisations, efficiencies, and automation opportunities across campaigns and workflows.
  • Are an excellent communicator, able to articulate complex data and strategic insights effectively to various stakeholders, including senior leadership, if necessary.
  • Have strong attention to detail and organisation in rolling out wider campaign strategies - especially with high-spend, global campaigns.
  • Demonstrate a continuous drive for learning, innovation, and tackling complex challenges autonomously.
What you will own

Reporting to the Performance Marketing Lead / Head of Performance Marketing

Paid Media Management:
  • Develop, execute, and optimise sophisticated multi-channel paid media strategies across performance platforms, with significant expertise in PPC Search and App campaigns.
  • Deliver performance analysis for App marketing channels, monitoring and interpreting complex data sets to make strategic, data-driven decisions that drive significant growth and exceed KPI targets.
  • Propose the development and own the implementation of rigorous A/B tests to continuously improve ad creatives, targeting, landing pages, and bidding strategies.
