The RoleWe’re looking for a commercially minded Demand Generation Manager to join our global Demand Generation team and help build a world‑class, revenue‑aligned demand function.
This is a hands‑on role focused on execution excellence and continuous optimisation. You’ll design, deliver and improve integrated, multi‑channel demand activity across creation, capture and conversion, that drives qualified pipeline, improves sales efficiency and compounds demand over time across global markets.
This is demand generation, not lead generation
. Success is measured by pipeline contribution, conversion quality and commercial impact - not vanity metrics.

What You'll Do Demand Strategy & Campaign Delivery- Work with targets and commercial priorities, translating them into integrated, persona‑led, funnel‑aware campaign plans
- Build and run full‑funnel demand activity, spanning: awareness and category entry, consideration and conversion, in‑account expansion, retention and advocacy
- Deliver demand activity that supports both net‑new pipeline creation and lifecycle‑led growth across existing accounts
- Paid media campaigns across Google, Linked In and other relevant channels, including AI‑driven tools such as Performance Max and Advantage+
- Create and execute cross campaign tiers, including webinars, virtual events and co‑marketing campaigns
- Design and optimise nurture journeys to drive conversion, adoption and expansion
- Run structured experimentation across creative, messaging, channels and audiences, using insight to improve performance continuously
- Track and optimise pipeline contribution, CAC, conversion rates and attribution across the funnel
- Focus on improving MQL → SQL quality, deal velocity and sales efficiency
- Use dashboards and data to identify opportunities, diagnose issues and inform decisions
- Share performance insight and recommendations with the Demand Generation Lead to support scaling and playbook development
- Work closely with Product Marketing to ensure campaigns reflect accurate positioning, priority use cases and buyer needs
- Partner with Sales Enablement and Sales teams to support strong handover, follow‑up and conversion
- Collaborate with Brand, Content, Digital and Events teams to deliver cohesive, end‑to‑end campaigns
- Support regional teams by enabling consistent execution with local relevance, without fragmenting strategy
- Strong knowledge of best‑practice demand generation strategy, including paid media, content‑led demand and webinar funnels
- Deep hands‑on expertise with Hub Spot (email campaigns, landing pages, nurture workflows, segmentation and data management)
- Strong analytical capability — you are comfortable working in dashboards and optimising for pipeline impact, not just leads
- Working knowledge of CRM systems, sales journeys and marketing automation platforms (Hub Spot, Marketo or similar)
- Recognised marketing qualification or formal training in digital marketing
- Interest in psychometric profiling, organisational behaviour or behavioural science
- Experience in B2B SaaS or PLG‑adjacent environments
- Exposure to partner or channel demand generation
- Experience supporting global markets across EMEA, US and APAC
- Highly organised and comfortable working in a remote‑first, collaborative environment
