About Grenade

How you will contribute- Lead the development of the customer marketing strategy, working closely with sales and marketing to ensure alignment across key campaigns.
- Manage and be accountable for the A&C budget for customer, POS and trade press spend, ensuring delivery against agreed ROI and budget targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key retailers and distribution partners.
- Serve as a single point of contact for all trade marketing related enquiries across Europe.
- Work in partnership with the European team to create a high impact, commercially robust execution strategy across key European markets, aligned with brand campaigns and NPD launches.
- Track and analyze the performance of trade marketing programs, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales uplift, market share, and return on investment (ROI).
- Conduct post-campaign evaluations to assess effectiveness and identify best practices.
- Own the creation, portfolio and inventory of all trade marketing materials, including the end-to-end project management of each material.
- Educate and incentivise local teams on best-in-class execution.
- Experience in customer/trade marketing, or similar leadership roles within the FMCG industry.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful trade marketing programs.
- Strong understanding of retail channels and trade dynamics.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with an ability to influence key decisions.
- Analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
