A leading B2B manufacturing business is looking for a proactive and commercially minded Marketing Co-ordinator to support marketing activity across the UK, Ireland, Middle East and Africa region.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative EMEA marketing team, supporting regional growth, brand visibility and lead generation.
The RoleWorking closely with the Regional Marketing Team Leader, you will play a key role in executing integrated marketing campaigns, coordinating events, supporting product launches and delivering high-quality marketing assets that enable sales success.
This is a varied, hands‑on position ideal for someone who enjoys both strategic coordination and practical delivery.
Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing Campaign Execution
- Support planning and execution of regional and global marketing campaigns
- Coordinate timely activation of product launches
- Assist in delivering the regional marketing plan aligned to global strategy
- Plan and execute trade shows, webinars and marketing events
- Manage logistics, promotional materials and post‑event reporting
- Support commercial initiatives in the field
Digital Marketing & Content
- Adapt and develop brochures, presentations, product leaflets and sales materials
- Manage local social media content and calendars
- Support website updates and digital content coordination
- Maintain accurate online product listings and referencing site data
Media & Communications
- Support PR and external communications activity
- Coordinate with agencies and media partners
- Contribute to strengthening brand reputation across the region
- Track campaign performance through CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce)
- Assist with competitor research and performance reporting
- Support budget tracking and invoice management
- Collaborate closely with global marketing teams and external agencies
- Degree in Marketing or related discipline
- Minimum 3 years’ marketing or agency experience
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
- Confident communicator with excellent written and spoken English
- Commercially aware and comfortable working with budgets
- Proactive, autonomous and detail‑oriented
- Hands on experience of content creation and Social Media Management
You’ll be part of a collaborative, international marketing team within a well‑established B2B manufacturing environment.
