Hybrid – 3 days a week in the office (commutable to Watford area)
About the RoleWe’re looking for a creative and detail-focused Content Marketing Executive to help shape and deliver engaging campaigns across web, video, and written formats.
You’ll work closely with internal teams and external partners to turn ideas into impactful content that builds brand visibility and supports lead generation. The role suits someone who enjoys storytelling, collaboration, and bringing fresh ideas to life.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and refine campaign ideas and storyboards with designers, videographers, and agency partners.
- Write and edit engaging content for websites, blogs, and social platforms.
- Brief and support creative production, ensuring assets meet objectives and brand guidelines.
- Research industry trends, audience insights, and competitor activity to inspire new content.
- Collaborate with the paid media team to align creative with campaign goals.
- Maintain brand consistency and a high standard of accuracy across all content.
- Review and report on content performance to guide future direction.
- 2–5 years’ experience in content marketing, creative marketing, or a related field.
- Strong writing and storytelling skills, with experience producing or briefing visual content.
- Able to develop and share creative ideas clearly and collaboratively.
- Basic understanding of paid media principles and campaign objectives.
- Organised, adaptable, and comfortable managing multiple projects.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Creative and curious, with a strong eye for detail.
- Open-minded and collaborative, valuing diverse perspectives.
- Proactive in exploring new ideas, channels, and content formats.
- Calm under pressure and comfortable working in a dynamic environment.
