We’re looking for an ambitious E-Commerce Specialist to take ownership of our online marketplaces and help drive digital growth. You will manage day-to-day operations across Amazon, Shopify, eBay and Tik Tok Shop, ensuring our product listings, customer journey and commercial performance are always optimised.

What You Will Be DoingKey Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations across e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Shopify, eBay, Tik Tok Shop)
- Create, update and optimise product listings (titles, descriptions, imagery, pricing, tags)
- Set up and manage discount codes, promotions and product bundles
- Monitor stock levels and collaborate with fulfilment teams to prevent delays or oversells
- Conduct regular site checks to spot issues and suggest improvements
- Analyse traffic, sales and customer behaviour to identify growth opportunities
- Support the rollout of new product launches, collections and seasonal campaigns
- Produce weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights
- Collaborate with marketing to ensure consistency across paid ads, social media and email campaigns
- Apply SEO and conversion‑rate optimisation best practices to drive visibility and sales
- Conducting research and reports on direct and indirect competitors
- 2+ years’ experience in an e‑commerce or online retail environment
- Proficiency with Shopify (or similar platforms) and confidence using digital tools
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and use spreadsheets effectively
- Good understanding of digital retail, SEO basics and user experience principles
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach
- Experience with Klaviyo, Mailchimp or other email marketing tools
- Basic HTML/CSS or design knowledge
- Graphic design skills (Photoshop, Canva)
- Videography or video editing experience
