Join Our Team

We’re looking for an ambitious E-Commerce Specialist to take ownership of our online marketplaces and help drive digital growth. You will manage day-to-day operations across Amazon, Shopify, eBay and Tik Tok Shop, ensuring our product listings, customer journey and commercial performance are always optimised.

This role suits someone who is analytical, hands‑on and highly organised - someone who enjoys working with data just as much as improving customer experience. If you’re passionate about health and fitness and thrive in a fast‑paced environment, you’ll fit right in.

What You Will Be Doing

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily operations across e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Shopify, eBay, Tik Tok Shop)
  • Create, update and optimise product listings (titles, descriptions, imagery, pricing, tags)
  • Set up and manage discount codes, promotions and product bundles
  • Monitor stock levels and collaborate with fulfilment teams to prevent delays or oversells
  • Conduct regular site checks to spot issues and suggest improvements
  • Analyse traffic, sales and customer behaviour to identify growth opportunities
  • Support the rollout of new product launches, collections and seasonal campaigns
  • Produce weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights
  • Collaborate with marketing to ensure consistency across paid ads, social media and email campaigns
  • Apply SEO and conversion‑rate optimisation best practices to drive visibility and sales
  • Conducting research and reports on direct and indirect competitors
What You’ll Need
  • 2+ years’ experience in an e‑commerce or online retail environment
  • Proficiency with Shopify (or similar platforms) and confidence using digital tools
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and use spreadsheets effectively
  • Good understanding of digital retail, SEO basics and user experience principles
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach
Bonus Skills
  • Experience with Klaviyo, Mailchimp or other email marketing tools
  • Basic HTML/CSS or design knowledge
  • Graphic design skills (Photoshop, Canva)
  • Videography or video editing experience
  • Genuine interest in fitness, strength training or wellness
Why Join Us
  • Be part of an innovative and growing company.
  • Creative freedom to bring your ideas to life.
  • Work with a passionate and friendly team.
  • Free on-site parking and employee discounts.
