Our client is a forward-thinking regional organisation focused on driving inward investment, regeneration, and long-term economic growth. You’ll join a committed team shaping how the region is showcased to investors, property leaders, and development partners. This Real Estate Marketing & Communications Manager role has been created to strengthen their strategic marketing capacity as they scale activity across major industry events and promotional programmes.

You’ll influence how the region is positioned nationally and internationally, working in an environment that values creativity, collaboration, and purposeful storytelling.

• Develop and deliver a full-funnel B2B marketing and communications strategy for real estate decision-makers
• Shape place-based narratives that highlight regeneration, growth, and opportunity
• Produce compelling content across digital, editorial, social, and thought-leadership formats
• Manage multi-channel campaigns linked to national property events and media partnerships
• Coordinate all communications for major events, ensuring seamless delivery from planning to post-event activity

• Strong B2B marketing and communications experience, ideally within real estate, economic development or place-making
• Excellent written communication skills with the ability to craft clear, persuasive messaging
• Confidence managing complex campaigns and balancing multiple deadlines
• Experience collaborating with internal teams and external partners
• A strategic mindset paired with hands-on delivery capability
