We are looking for an ambitious Account Manager to join our passionate team dedicated to building better consumer experiences. Our Account Managers are digital marketing experts. You won’t just be a point of contact; you will be a strategic partner to some of the world’s leading eCommerce brands.

You are someone who lives and breathes digital growth, possessing the ability to marry high-level relationship management with technical knowledge across the Shopify and Klaviyo stacks. The Role

Working alongside our strategists, creatives and paid media team, you will be the driving force behind growing client relationships:

  • Strategic Lead:
    Act as the primary consultant for global eCommerce brands, ensuring they are optimised for growth.
  • Campaign Orchestration:
    Manage marketing calendars and campaign timelines, ensuring every asset, from brief to publication, meets our Platinum standard.
  • Klaviyo Mastery:
    Collaborate on lifecycle marketing, with sophisticated email automations, segmentation strategies, and high-impact campaigns.
  • Growth Partner:
    Identify opportunities to add value, whether through performance marketing shifts, retention strategies or new Shopify features.
  • Collaboration:

    Work seamlessly with our internal teams to deliver the "beautiful, considered" work Kubix is known for.
About You
  • A Natural Communicator:
    You are at home leading meetings and presenting data-driven insights to stakeholders.
  • eCommerce Obsessed:
    You don’t just use Shopify; you understand the ecosystem and stay ahead of the latest industry and marketing trends.
  • Strategically Minded:
    You see the big picture and can translate a client's business goals into actionable marketing briefs.
  • Detail-Oriented:
    You take pride in the "win," ensuring that no proactive task or campaign detail slips through the cracks.
Skills / Qualities
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of digital marketing experience within a fast-paced agency environment.
  • Relationship Building: A proven track record of nurturing and growing relationships with stakeholders to understand their needs and goals.
  • Deep Shopify Expertise:
    You are comfortable navigating the Shopify/Shopify Plus admin and understand how to leverage the platform for merchant success.
  • Klaviyo Specialist:
    Proven experience setting up complex flows, managing lists, and driving ROI through email marketing.
  • Integrated Knowledge: A solid grasp of how Paid Media (Meta/Google), SEO, and Email/SMS work together to drive a holistic eCommerce strategy.
  • Initiative:
    The ability to look at a client’s account and say, "We should be doing this next."
