Role Overview:

They are looking for a proactive and creative Marketing Manager to lead strategic marketing initiatives across digital, vendor, and channel campaigns. This pivotal role sits at the heart of a business undergoing exciting transformation, where marketing drives growth and brand evolution.

You'll work with internal teams, vendors, and partners to deliver impactful campaigns, engaging events, and compelling content that boosts awareness and commercial success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute integrated marketing plans.
• Lead digital efforts (email, social, SEO, website).
• Collaborate with vendors on co-branded campaigns.
• Plan and manage events, webinars, and hospitality.
• Design sales incentives and measure campaign ROI.
• Maintain marketing calendars and provide reporting.

Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in tech distribution.
• Strong digital marketing and content creation skills.
• Experience with vendor marketing and joint campaigns.
• Proven ability to manage events and incentives.
• Strong communication, analytical, and budget management skills.
• Familiar with platforms like Mailchimp, Rocketseed, and Linked In Marketing.

This is a hybrid position, based in Birmingham, with flexible working options.
