A leading recruitment agency is seeking a dedicated Technical Support professional to join a client in Tyseley. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional support to the Technical team, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures. Responsibilities include handling customer complaints, managing HACCP documentation, and supporting the Quality team. Applicants should have HACCP level 3 or equivalent, team management, and internal auditing experience.
This is a full-time position with working hours from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
