Job Title:

Operator – Paper Bag Machine / In-Line Printing.

Salary:
Basic salary from £30–£35k pa, depending on experience.

• Shift Pattern: 6 am – 2 pm, 2 pm – 10 pm, 10 pm – 6 am.

Our client is open to Flexo printers willing to be trained on the EKOFA 6‑Colour Printer.

They seek candidates ready to work at their UK facility or relocate.

The role reports to the Production Manager and involves operating all Paper Bag Production Machines, performing mechanical and safety quality checks.

Responsibilities include:

• Setting up machinery and adjusting parameters.
• Performing maintenance checks and troubleshooting.
• Ensuring health & safety compliance.
• Executing all levels of printing on bags and verifying samples and proofs as per customer requirements.
• Maintaining BRCGS & FPA standards.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of mechanical set‑up, machine adjustments, maintenance, health & safety, and quality checks.
• Experience in printing, packaging or paper sectors preferred.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
