We are seeking an experienced Polisher to join a well‑established manufacturing and engineering organisation based in Kings Norton. This is a temp‑to‑perm opportunity offering long‑term stability, full‑time hours, and an immediate start for the right candidate.

• Polishing and finishing metal or plastic components to high‑quality standards
• Using a variety of polishing tools, machinery, and abrasive materials
• Inspecting finished parts to ensure they meet specification and surface finish requirements
• Maintaining polishing equipment and reporting any defects or maintenance needs
• Working to production targets while ensuring quality and consistency
• Following health & safety guidelines at all times
• Supporting general production duties when required

• Previous polishing experience is essential
• Confidence using polishing machinery and hand tools
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work efficiently on night shifts
• Reliability, good communication, and a positive work ethic
• Able to start immediately
