Workforce Manufacturing is currently working with a leading client in Birmingham to find an experienced Laser Setter / CNC Laser Operator for a permanent, dayshift role

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Set up, program, and operate CNC laser cutting machines with precision
• Read and interpret technical drawings to produce high-quality parts
• Ensure accuracy, quality, and safety across all operations
• Perform basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting
• Work as a key part of a friendly, professional team

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Laser Setter / CNC Laser Operator
• Strong attention to detail and quality-focused
• Ability to work efficiently and safely
• Reliability and excellent timekeeping
• Enthusiasm to grow within a dynamic manufacturing environment
