Based in the heart of Birminghams Jewellery Quarter, Bespoke Quarter was established in 2021 and has grown considerably over the past 4 years.

Through the use of modern manufacturing techniques and traditional craftsmanship, we create one off pieces to the highest quality. We have a fully equipped onsite workshop where no job is too complicated for us to undertake.

Currently we are seeking a production administrator to assist with the day-to-day operations of the business. This will be a varied role where you will work alongside the workshop and office, to help deliver a high quality service.

The role will involve daily tasks, such as

• Liaise with Customers, Stores, Manufacturers and Designers to ensure that sales are completed and delivered on time
• To be able to build relationships with Customers
• Provide Quality Assurance on pieces before being released to the next process
• Required to work in our Birmingham Office

• Full training given
• Ongoing Training provided

The successful candidate will ideally have the following qualifications and experience :

• Basic working knowledge of jewellery manufacture
• Strong administration / organisation skills
• Good IT skills
• A passion for bespoke jewellery
• Good communication skills

• Full time, Monday - Friday
• Some extended or weekend hours may be required occasionally.
