Production Manager

Position: Production Manager (Permanent)
We are working with a long established manufacturer who are looking to add an exceptional Production Manager to their team. This role would suit an experienced manager that understands safety critical manufacturing and wants to have ownership / make a real difference.

The Production Manager will

· Have overall responsibility for site production and OTIF delivery to customers

· Directly manage both team leaders and operators

· Liaise with other departments (Quality, Finance etc) as needed and be a key voice on the senior leadership team

The Production Manager will possess

· Demonstrable experience in a similar role

· Suitable management qualification or experience

· The ability to communicate well at all levels.

In return for fulfilling the role of Production Manager our client can offer a salary of up to £58,000 per annum plus a competitive benefits package.
