⏰ Mon-Thurs 08:00-16:00 | 🕐 Friday 08:00-13:00 (early finish!)
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking General Operative to join our team in Birmingham this January. This hands-on role supports daily production and assembly tasks to ensure our products are manufactured to a consistently high standard. 🔧🔩

Key Responsibilities:
🏭 Assist with manufacturing, assembly, and general production duties
🔨 Operate tools and equipment safely
🧼 Maintain a clean, tidy, and organised work environment
🤝 Follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team to meet targets
🔸 Requirements:
🧰 Previous experience in a similar hands-on or production role
👀 Strong attention to detail and efficient working style
💪 Good reliability, teamwork, and a strong work ethic
