My client is a well-established engineering business with over 25 years of experience in the design, manufacture, and machining of bespoke and advanced technical components. They are now seeking a skilled CNC Miller with Mazak Programming to join their team at their modern facility.

The Role CNC Programmer:

• Online programming using Mazatrol.
• Setting and operating 5-axis and 3-axis Mazak milling machines
• Producing high-precision technical components to strict specifications
• Setting tools, monitoring production processes, and performing in-process quality checks
• Ensuring adherence to technical drawings and production standards
• Carrying out preventive maintenance and troubleshooting machine issues
• Working as part of a skilled team to deliver high-quality output

Minimum Skills / Experience Required CNC Mazak Programmer:

• Proven experience in programming, setting, and operating 5-axis Mazak milling machines.
• Experience with Mazak/Mazatrol machines/programs.
• Proficiency in tool setting and quality control
• Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret engineering drawings
• Technical certification or equivalent experience in precision machining
• Experience in machining ceramics or metals to fine tolerances
