Assistant Centre Manager required in Tavistock

• Fast-Fit Garage
• Basic salary up to £32k DOE, plus bonus on top
• Monday to Friday, with Saturday working

• Salary up to £32,000 per year
• Bonus potential pushing earnings to around £34,000 OTE

• Supporting the Centre Manager with day-to-day running of the workshop
• Making sure customers receive excellent service and leave happy
• Supervising and helping out Technicians and Fast-Fit staff
• Managing appointment schedules and workflow in the workshop
• Keeping everything safe and compliant with health and safety standards
• Promoting additional services and helping meet sales targets

• Experience working in a fast fit or automotive service environment
• Leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team
• Good organisational and communication skills
