Estate Agent Floating Branch Manager

You will spend circa. 3 to 6 months in a Floating Branch Manager role covering various offices, working in conjunction with and covering for existing Branch Managers in their absence, while driving listings in various offices. This will be with a view to taking the helm of your own office once available and will provide you with an excellent grounding within the company.

• Lead by example to win new business and motivate your team.
• Be a professional and dynamic leader of people, driving success in the sales process of homes.
• Cover multiple offices as a Floating Branch Manager and cover for existing Branch Managers in their absence.
• Drive listings across various offices.
• From winning new business to developing and supporting your team, ensure high standards of performance.
• Work every other Saturday.

• A minimum of 5 years experience in the Estate Agency industry is required and must include practical experience in valuations and instruction gaining.

• On target earnings on offer of £65,000.
• Basic salary £30,000.
• Option of a company car or a £4,000 car allowance.

Every other Saturday working.
