Position: Complex Complaints Team Lead: Coach, Resolve, Improve CX
A housing organization in Birmingham is looking for a Team Leader to manage complex tenant complaints and support the Complaints Manager. The ideal candidate should have experience in team leadership and complaint handling within a regulated environment.
