Location: Tyseley
A facilities management company in Tyseley is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Manager to oversee maintenance teams and ensure safety and productivity in a hospital environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a full driving licence, and extensive experience in maintenance engineering. Responsibilities include staff management, budget control, and client liaising. This position offers a temp to perm contract with a 4 on 4 off shift pattern.
