Midlands Salary: £50,000 £ 60,000  Car Allowance  Benefits About the Role My client is seeking an experienced BMS Service & Small Works Manager to lead service operations across the Midlands. This is a hands-on leadership role overseeing engineers, managing client relationships, and delivering small works projects.

Key Responsibilities Managing BMS service engineers across the Midlands Overseeing PPM contracts and reactive maintenance Pricing and delivering small works projects Client relationship management Resource planning and scheduling Ensuring profitability and service standards Supporting recruitment and team development Requirements Strong background in BMS service delivery Experience managing engineers and service teams Commercial awareness and project costing experience Knowledge of Trend systems preferred Excellent organisational and leadership skills Salary & Benefits Salary & Package £50,000 £ 60,000 basic salary Car allowance: £350 per month (vehicle provided by you during probation) Business mileage paid at 20p per mile On-site allowance where applicable:
