Salary: £40k to £50k pa (depending on experience)
OverviewOur client is a leading print management firm. As Account Director you will be responsible for leading the team in delivering best practice in client engagement, print production, and service delivery.
Responsibilities- Provide direction to the team driving best practice in client engagement, print production and service delivery.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the Client’s business and key drivers in that business sector.
- Create and execute an ongoing Client Engagement Plan up to senior contract owner level and equivalent.
- Demonstrate understanding of client contract, commercial obligations and risk.
- Ensure account delivery against commercial targets.
- Maintain excellent working relationships with clients within your remit.
- Maintain excellent working relationships with your direct reports.
Potential candidates will have 3+ years experience as an Account Manager, Client Services Manager, or Account Director within a Print Management, Print, or Packaging company. We are looking for someone who is ambitious, creative and passionate about client service.
