We’re looking for an experienced, and hands on agency pro with the confidence, vision, and drive to oversee some great B2B accounts.

Responsibilities will include:

• Oversee project delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. This is a role your sleeves up and lead from the front position!
• Act as a strategic partner to clients, advising, problem-solving, and managing expectations.
• Anticipate challenges and proactively resolve conflicts, internally and externally.
• Provide the Managing Director with regular updates, insights, and recommendations.
• Drive continuous improvement in client service processes and delivery standards.
• Ensure client retention and account growth through excellent service and strategic input.

• A strong agency background with experience in a senior client services role or someone at Senior Account Manager level, ready to step up.
• Experience working across B2B accounts.
• Experience in digital campaigns delivery and the reviewing of analytics/results
• Strong strategic thinking and client-facing communication skill.
• Excellent project management experience. Able to spin multiple plates and work at pace, this is a hands on role delivering projects and campaigns.
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
