Overview
- Senior leadership experience within apprenticeships, adult skills or regulated training
- Experience acting as, or working closely with, an Ofsted Nominee
- Strong credibility with Ofsted inspection frameworks
- Proven experience of DfE-funded provision and apprenticeships
- Experience of devolved adult education funding (ideally WMCA)
- Strong knowledge of DfE compliance, audit requirements and funding assurance
- A track record of owning performance, quality, compliance and outcomes
- Confidence leading senior teams and making complex, high-stakes decisions
- Commercial awareness alongside regulatory and quality expertise
- A calm, authoritative leadership style with low ego and high integrity
- You may currently be a Managing Director, Operations Director, Head of Quality, Deputy MD or senior leader ready to step into full executive accountability.
