Managing Director Training Provider

Overview

• Senior leadership experience within apprenticeships, adult skills or regulated training
• Experience acting as, or working closely with, an Ofsted Nominee
• Strong credibility with Ofsted inspection frameworks
• Proven experience of DfE-funded provision and apprenticeships
• Experience of devolved adult education funding (ideally WMCA)
• Strong knowledge of DfE compliance, audit requirements and funding assurance
• A track record of owning performance, quality, compliance and outcomes
• Confidence leading senior teams and making complex, high-stakes decisions
• Commercial awareness alongside regulatory and quality expertise
• A calm, authoritative leadership style with low ego and high integrity
• You may currently be a Managing Director, Operations Director, Head of Quality, Deputy MD or senior leader ready to step into full executive accountability.
