Overview
We are looking for an experienced Soft Services Manager to support the Operations Team in the management of site-based Janitors. Duties include staff inductions and training, liaising with recruitment agencies and completion of on-boarding paperwork.
Responsibilities- Capable of managing a team and ensuring that work is carried out safely, efficiently and to agreed Touch Point Cleaning standards.
- Liaise with recruitment agencies to provide staff where vacancies become available, manage missed shifts and arrange leave/sickness cover for TPC.
- Ensure the effective use of equipment and materials and that Janitors are provided with correct uniforms and PPE.
- Previous experience in a supervisory role.
- Full current driving licence with access to a vehicle.
- Proficient IT skills including MS Word and MS Excel.
- Organised with the ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage competing demands.
- Strong understanding and respect for confidentiality.
