Programme Manager Business Change

We are seeking an experienced Programme Manager to lead a complex business change programme, driven by policy change within a highly regulated environment.

The role will be responsible for translating new or amended written policy into effective, deliverable change, across people, processes, technology and governance.

You will work at the intersection of policy, regulation and operation delivery, ensuring compliance while delivering sustainable business outcomes.

• Lead and govern a multi-workstream business change programme arising from new or amended policy and regulatory requirements
• Translate policy intent and regulatory obligations into clear programme scope, outcomes and delivery plans
• Establish and maintain programme governance, control and reporting
• Engage and influence senior stakeholders, policy owners, and delivery teams
• Ensure change impacts are understood and embedded through effective business readiness and transition planning
• Manage budgets, resources, suppliers and partners effectively

• Proven experience in managing business change programmes
• Strong understanding of policy driven change
• Excellent stakeholder engagement skills
• Programme governance, planning and assurance capability
• Knowledge of change management, target operating models and business transformation

• Relevant Qualifications (eg. Prince2, MSP, Agile Etc)

• This is a 12 month contract (with possible extensions) Inside IR35
• Remote working with one day per week in Birmingham
