Hotel General Manager job in Birmingham, Ideal Candidate:

Ideally someone with relevant GM experience, although a strong Deputy Manager with relatable experience could also be considered, due to a good support network in place for the venue.
Strong financial acumen with experience managing P&Ls, forecasting and budgeting.
Hands‑on leader with excellent coaching and interpersonal skills, able to build and maintain relationships with team and senior stakeholders alike.
Strategic thinker with knowledge of marketing and sales and a good understanding of environmental health and food safety.
