Some UK travel required, to support other service centres, with overnight stays and attendance at offsite meetings, conventions outside of normal business hours, including some evenings and weekends. Ability to work a flexible work schedule and shift, including weekends if required.
· Strong organisational and planning skills to manage training schedules and materials effectively
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage and inspire team members Sound knowledge of commonly used training techniques such as role-playing, on-the-job training, coaching, group discussions, etc.
· Strong ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise work and meet deadlines.
· A proactive and adaptable mindset to respond to changing technologies and operational requirements.
· A passion for learning and development, with the ability to foster a growth mindset in others
· Proficiency in using analytical tools and software.
** Essential Requirements:*
* · Experience in a leadership role within a training or operational environment.
· Sound knowledge of technical training techniques with the ability to design, develop, and deliver effective and engaging training programs.
· Ability to work effectively with various stakeholders, including employees, managers, and other departments.
· Knowledge of Good Distribution Practices (GDP) requirements, including transport-related components.
· Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships through coaching to support team development.
· Proficiency in using training tools and systems to track progress and generate reports.
· Ability to work flexible hours, including shifts, to meet operational needs.
· Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office 365 applications.
