Assistant Project Manager

One of the region s most well-established Property Consultancies is actively recruiting an Assistant Project Manager in Birmingham to join their Hotels/ Fit out team.

The client is an award‑winning Consultancy with huge growth plans for the coming years. They have a great reputation in the market and are working with some key clients. Projects can range from Public to Private sector to suit the candidates preference. Values can range from £500k - 2 million plus.

They are actively looking to recruit an Assistant Project Manager to work alongside a team of experienced Chartered professionals and get involved in a range of projects from inception to completion. The successful Project Manager will be given the opportunity to work on projects across a range of sectors which provides an excellent opportunity for someone who has perhaps become pigeonholed in one sector with a larger Consultancy.

The successful Project Manager must:

• Have a construction related degree
• Have some industry experience either as an Assistant/ Graduate Project Manager, Building Surveyor, Quantity Surveyor or Engineer although fresh Graduates will also be considered
• Have a great attitude and work ethic
• Have good communication and client facing skills

• Excellent company culture and flat management structure
• Opportunity to work on some exciting projects across multiple sectors

• Excellent track record of progressing Graduates to senior management positions
