We’re hiring both Managers and Supervisors for our Explore Learning centres in Birmingham: we’re looking for action‑oriented individuals who embrace new challenges and bring the confidence to support and energise their team.
Managers are at the helm of all centre operations, taking ownership of executing a clear strategy for centre growth, creating a high‑performance team culture and regulating processes to set a strong foundation for growth.
Supervisors play a key role in supporting the Centre Manager to run a thriving tuition centre.
The RoleWhat Managers do:
- Use a variety of KPIs and performance measures to confidently diagnose what your centre needs to continuously improve. Form a clear plan to achieve both short‑term and long‑term performance goals and gain the buy‑in of your team to execute this effectively.
- Inspire and motivate a full‑time Education Centre Supervisor and-гоur of tutors to succeed in their role and unlock their individual potential.
- Take a proactive and bold approach to safeguarding the members in your care and empower your team to do the same. You will ensure that the centre is compliant with Ofsted and company safeguarding requirements.
- Diagnose areas of opportunity to grow the centre membership and increase profitability. Work hard to improve the centre’s local reputation by engaging with key community stakeholders and leading sales and marketing events to attract new members.
- Tailor customer journeys with tailored educational recommendations from prospect to member, ensuring they are making great progress and you are delivering exceptional service.
What Supervisors do:
- Support your Centre Manager to inspire and motivate a team of tutors to succeed in their role and unlock their individual potential.
- Take a proactive and bold approach to safeguarding the members in your care and empower cartões to do the same. You will ensure that the centre is compliant with Ofsted and company safeguarding requirements.
- Support the growth of your centre’s membership and increase profitability. Work alongside your Centre Manager to improve the centre’s local reputation by engaging with key community stakeholders and leading sales and marketing events to attract new members.
- Tailor customer journeys with tailored educational recommendations – from prospect to members – ensuring they are making great progress and you are delivering exceptional service.

Location:
You will be based at one of our Birmingham Explore Learning centres – please indicate in your application the centres that are local to you.
Starting salary:
Supervisor role: £27,000 PA
Manager role: £31,250 - £33,750 PA
* Those working at centres in the London area will receive an additional uplift to their annual pay between £1,000 and £3,500 due to London weighting.
