Are you an experienced restructuring professional looking to take the lead on high-impact turnaround projects across the Midlands? We’re searching for a Restructuring Director to guide organisations through periods of financial pressure, operational challenges, or strategic change, helping them regain stability and build for the future.

In this senior role, you will:

• Lead full-cycle restructuring and turnaround engagements, providing clear direction and actionable solutions.
• Diagnose financial and operational issues, developing tailored recovery and improvement plans.
• Build strong relationships with lenders, investors, boards, and other key stakeholders.
• Oversee project teams, ensuring excellence in delivery, planning, and technical execution.
• Contribute to business development by strengthening existing client relationships and identifying new opportunities across the region.

We are looking for someone who brings:

• Significant senior-level experience in restructuring, turnaround, or insolvency.
• Strong commercial judgement and the confidence to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.
• A collaborative leadership style that motivates teams and maintains high standards of delivery.
• Professional qualifications such as ACA, ACCA, or JIEB (beneficial but not essential).
