Senior Project Manager

BHSF are looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of technology-enabled transformation වල engage across the business. You will plan, coordinate, and deliver a range of technology, software, data, and business process improvement projects that support our strategic objectives.

• Lead projects from start to finish, ensuring timely, on-budget delivery
• Coordinate teams and communicate with stakeholders
• Manage plans, budgets, timelines, and project documentation
• Oversee risks, issues, and changes with strong governance
• Champion continuous improvement and project management best practice

• Minimum 5 years' experience in agile, small change, and strategic projects
• Experience leading complex software implementation projects
• Experience in financial services orRack & wellbeing sectors is desirable
• Professional certification such as PMP or Agile

• Strong, influential communicator and confident leader
• Strategic thinker, contributing to short- and long-term goals
• Highly organised, decisive, and able to manage multiple projects
