We’re working with a complex, multi-entity organisation in Birmingham to appoint a Group Reporting Manager into a critical, high‑profile role within the group finance function.

This is a technically demanding position, suited to someone who enjoys ownership, complexity and operating at pace in a well‑structured but evolving environment.

• Group consolidation and statutory reporting
• Monthly, quarterly and year-end close
• Technical accounting papers (IFRS/UK GAAP)
• Managing the audit process and external advisors
• Driving consistency, controls and best practice across entities
• Playing a key role in system optimisation, with One Stream at the heart of group reporting

• ACA / CA qualified, practice trained (Big 4 or Top 10 preferred)
• Strong technical accounting background
• Proven experience in group reporting and consolidation
• Hands‑on One Stream experience (essential)
• Comfortable working in a complex, multi‑entity environment
• Confident stakeholder manager with a pragmatic, delivery‑focused mindset
