Lead Director Building Surveying

I am exclusively partnered with an established building consultancy seeking an experienced Building Surveying Director to lead and grow a new regional office in Birmingham, Leeds or Manchester.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and develop a new regional presence, leveraging your own client relationships across any sector.
- Shape the service offering and grow a team.
- Play a key role in the strategic direction of the firm.
The consultancy works across a diverse portfolio of sectors, including:
- Government
- Healthcare
- Roads and infrastructure
- Education
Services include technical due diligence, condition surveys, and a range of project-related Building Surveying work, providing a strong platform for future growth.
