This is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Downham Market for a Contracts Manager specializing in arboriculture. The Contracts Manager will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of arboricultural projects, ensuring compliance with client requirements and industry standards. Responsibilities include managing contracts, supervising teams, delivering projects on time and within budget, and fostering strong client relationships. The role involves prioritizing health and safety measures while providing on‑site guidance and ensuring high standards of work quality and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities- Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of arboricultural projects.
- Manage contracts and ensure compliance with client requirements and industry standards.
- Supervise operational teams and deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Foster strong client relationships and provide on‑site guidance.
- Prioritize health and safety measures and maintain high standards of work quality and customer satisfaction.
- Strong knowledge and experience in arboriculture, including tree maintenance, felling, pruning, and safety measures.
- Excellent project management skills, including contract management, budget control, and meeting deadlines.
- Proven leadership and team management experience to guide and oversee operational teams.
- Effective communication skills to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Health and safety knowledge relevant to arboricultural work.
- Minimum of Level 3 NPTC Arboriculture qualifications.
- IOSH, ROLO or other Health and Safety Qualification.
- LANTRA Professional Tree inspection.
- Experience with risk assessments, resource planning, and environmental considerations.
- Valid UK driving license is required.
