Education Centre Supervisor
Make your mark as an Education Centre Supervisor! We’re looking for an action-orientated individual who embraces new challenges and brings the confidence to support and energise their team. As a supervisor you will play a key role in supporting your Centre Manager to run a thriving tuition centre. You will foster a high‑performance team culture and ensure processes are followed to build a strong foundation for success.
Responsibilities- Support your Centre Manager to inspire and motivate a team of tutors to succeed in their role and unlock their individual potential.
- Take a proactive and bold approach to safeguarding the members in your care and empower your team to do the same. Ensure the centre complies with Ofsted and company safeguarding requirements.
- Support the growth of your centre’s membership and increase profitability. Work alongside your Centre Manager to improve local reputation by engaging community stakeholders and leading sales and marketing events.
- Tailor customer journeys with bespoke educational recommendations – from prospect to member – to ensure they progress and you deliver exceptional service.
- Adaptable – adjust effectively to changing environments or demands while remaining resilient in the face of setbacks.
- Effective communicator – express ideas clearly, concisely, and appropriately for the audience.
- Strong prioritiser – assess goals and challenges logically and focus on what matters most to deliver solutions in a timely manner.
- Self‑aware – recognise one’s strengths, weaknesses, emotions and impact on others.
- Powerful motivator – foster trust and encourage a culture of feedback to drive centre performance.
- Action‑orientated – take initiative, tackle challenges and drive solutions with focus and urgency using available resources.
Location: Explore Learning centre (full‑time, based at the centre).
Starting salary: £27,000 PA (additional London weighting of £1,000–£3,500 for London area centres).
Contract: Full‑time, permanent contract.
Working hours: Typical week – Tuesday 11am–8pm;
Wednesday 11am–8pm;
Thursday 11am–7pm;
Friday 9am–6pm;
Saturday 9am–5pm.
