As Multi‑Site Resident Services Manager, you’ll oversee resident operations across two Birmingham locations, acting as the key point of contact for service standards, team performance, and day‑to‑day operations.

• Managing resident services across two sites, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Supporting and guiding on‑site teams to deliver a smooth resident journey.
• Overseeing move‑ins and move‑outs, ensuring processes are completed on time.
• Acting as the escalation point for resident issues or incidents when required.
• Managing contractors and checking completed works meet expected standards.
• Monitoring performance against KPIs and addressing issues proactively.
• Ensuring health, safety, and housing compliance is maintained across both sites.
