Part Time Cleaning Supervisor based in Waverley School, Birmingham, B9 5QA
. Permanent, 15 hours per week. Salary: £9,341.00 per annum. Benefits package included.

15:30 to 18:30 Monday to Friday

• Supervise the site cleaning team to ensure high standard of cleanliness in school premises.
• Adhere to company Health & Safety requirements.
• Ensure effective use of equipment and materials; report faults to Site Manager.
• Comply with Health & Safety and COSHH regulations at all times.
• Wear company uniform, be clean, presentable, courteous and professional.
• Undertake any other duties reasonably expected by site manager.
• Open and lock school; manage sub-contractors.
• Check cleaning sections to specified areas, including toilets, floors and office areas; maintain clean, hygienic condition; refresh paper consumables.
• General maintenance duties.
• Ensure cleaning staff arrive and leave on time; all must sign in and out.

• Experience of industry/public cleaning services.
• Knowledge of COSHH.
• Previous experience supervising a cleaning team.
