Non Executive Director

Birmingham Children’s Trust is seeking innovative, dynamic leaders to join our Board as Non‑Executive Directors. Board members provide strategic oversight, support continuous improvement, and help ensure delivery of high‑quality children’s services.

• Senior‑level expertise and a track record of service improvement
• Champion equity, equality, diversity, and inclusion
• Offer strategic vision and independent judgement
• Collaborative, constructive, and committed to making a difference

• Daily rate: £550 (gross), pro rata for partial days (8‑hour day)
• Approximate time commitment: at least 12 days per year
• All reasonable, documented expenses reimbursed

Successful candidate must undergo background checks with Experian, including Experian DBS, Right to Work, and Digital .
