Hours: Full Time
Working Pattern: Hybrid, with at least two days per week or 40% of time at an office site.
About This OpportunityThis senior leadership role will be accountable for leading the commercially focused elements of the commercial card business, including portfolio and sales performance, commercial strategy, data, pricing and contract management. You will partner with Finance, Sales and Digital teams as well as Product and Operational teams to drive strong commercial outcomes aligned to the business strategy. Reporting directly to the Head of Commercial Cards, you’ll play a key role as part of the Commercial Card Leadership Team.
YourAccountabilities
- Own and drive the commercial strategy.
- Oversee and manage the end-to-end P&L.
- Ensure pricing strategy and methodology reflect business outcomes.
- Drive understanding and track portfolio performance to inform the strategy.
- Partner closely with Finance and Sales teams to accurately track and report progress.
- Lead, coach and mentor the team to enable high performance.
- Manage customer contracts and ensure performance in line with standards and terms.
- Strong commercial skills.
- Experience leading commercialisation teams and/or projects.
- Exceptional P&L management skills.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills coupled with the ability to think laterally, be innovative and find creative solutions.
- Brilliant collaborator across matrix teams.
- Experience and understanding of Commercial Cards.
- Knowledge of Cards payment rails and funding models.
