Are you detail‑driven, organised, and passionate about compliance? Join QA Higher Education (QAHE) as a Compliance and Data Administrator and play a vital role in ensuring the integrity and quality of our global agent network.

QAHE partners with education consultants worldwide to recruit students for UK universities. In this role, you’ll work closely with the Head of Shared Services and Agency Management to monitor, engage, and support our agents and internal teams. You’ll ensure compliance with our Agent Quality Framework (AQF), maintain accurate data, and uphold risk management processes.

• Manage agent recruitment and ongoing monitoring, ensuring compliance and clear documentation.
• Collaborate with recruitment teams and external stakeholders to build strong relationships.
• Maintain accurate data across QA systems and platforms.
• Investigate irregularities and elevate concerns where necessary.
• Act as a key point of contact, providing guidance and support internally and externally.

• Strong administrative and documentation skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Resilience under pressure and a proactive, solution‑driven mindset.
• Experience in higher education (desired) and a degree or equivalent experience.
