Location: Remote with regular travel across Birmingham
Contract: 6 month FTC

Responsibilities- Take Ownership of Your Portfolio: Coordinate property services across around 36 locations, managing day‑to‑day activity while contributing to longer‑term planning.
- Keep Homes Safe, Compliant and Well‑Maintained: Carry out regular site visits, condition checks, surveys and inspections to ensure our buildings stay safe, compliant and well cared for.
- Lead and Guide Service Delivery: Deliver all activity cost‑effectively, within contract requirements and in line with our property strategy.
- Drive Quality, Value and Continuous Improvement: Work hand‑in‑hand with contractors and our quantity surveying team to monitor performance, identify efficiencies, deliver accurate forecasts and secure value for money.
- Be the Go‑To Expert: Diagnose building issues – from general maintenance concerns to complex building pathology such as damp, mould and condensation – and collaborate to ensure remediation is effective, affordable and timely.
- Experience managing property services within housing or a similar environment.
- Knowledge of social housing maintenance, compliance and investment.
- Understanding of building pathology and ability to diagnose and resolve issues.
- Experience managing or delivering planned works, compliance services and/or repairs.
- Ability to analyse property performance data and inform future planning.
- Strong stakeholder skills with the ability to collaborate with colleagues at all levels.
- HNC/D in a property‑related subject or significant relevant experience.
