Sea Global are delighted to be partnering with a highly respected, member-owned procurement and asset management consortium operating across England and Wales, to recruit a Director of Communication & Partnerships.
This is a senior, influential leadership role sitting on the Executive Leadership Team, reporting directly into the Chief Executive Officer. The position plays a critical role in shaping the long-term strategy, strengthening supply chain partnerships, elevating the organisation’s market profile, and ensuring the successful delivery of its Social Value objectives.
With responsibility spanning partnerships, marketing, communications and social value, this role offers a unique opportunity to drive growth, reputation and impact across the housing and construction sectors, while balancing strong commercial outcomes with genuine social purpose.

Role & Responsibilities- Act as a key member of the Executive Leadership Team, contributing to business strategy, planning and long-term growth
- Lead and develop strategic relationships with contractors, consultants and suppliers across the business frameworks
- Own and evolve the Marketing Strategy in line with business objectives and client expectations
- Lead the marketing team to deliver high-impact campaigns, events, conferences and brand activity
- Oversee all marketing collateral, digital presence, publications and thought leadership output
- Engage with supply chain partners on contractual social value commitments and enhance our social value offer against competitors to maximise community impact
- Provide strategic support to the business charity and attend Trustee meetings
- Provide mentorship and help develop senior managers and their teams
- Extensive senior leadership experience within social housing, construction, FM or a related sector
- Proven track record of leading partnerships, marketing strategies and stakeholder engagement at scale
- An understanding of procurement/supply chain, frameworks and public sector procurement legislation would be beneficial
- Some experience delivering and reporting meaningful Social Value outcomes
- Commercially astute, with the ability to balance business growth with social purpose
- Confident operating at Board and Executive level, influencing senior stakeholders and external partners
- An engaging, credible leader with the ability to inspire teams and represent the organisation externally
